Superbowl Seven Layer Bean Dip

February 4, 2013

Yesterday was the first time I wasn’t working on Superbowl Sunday in the past 3-4 years!  I knew that I would be seeing family today so we planned and prepared the meal: Chili beans, broccoli, cornbread and Seven Layer Bean Dip!  I love this dip because it’s very hearty.  Even with 14 people,  we still didn’t finish it.  I used a 13x9x2 pan, because there was so much.  It’s tasty, inexpensive and a party favorite!  This recipe was given to me by my mother-in-law, she has a delicious recipe for everything 😉

By the way, was anyone else impressed by Beyonce’s performance? Girlfriend can shake it!

Yummy! I make this too, but haven’t used fresh onions or salsa before. What a great idea!
